The courier calls before arriving. Check the item before you pay — if you refuse it, you pay nothing.
When do I get paid as a seller?
Your payout is transferred within 24 hours of the courier collecting the cash.
Why can buyers not see my number?
On delivery listings the sale goes through the platform, so your contact details stay hidden. Choose Pay Before Publish if you want buyers to contact you directly.
How do I change my phone number?
Your number is tied to your WhatsApp sign-in. Contact support and we will move your account.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. Deletion removes your listings and personal data within 30 days.
