The rules for using SikMal, for buyers and sellers alike.

Who can use SikMal

You must be 18 or older and sign in with a working WhatsApp number. One account per person.

What you may sell

Legal second-hand and new goods you own. No counterfeits, weapons, prescription medicine, live animals, or stolen goods. Listings are reviewed before they go live.

Fees

Cash on Delivery: the buyer pays a 4,000 IQD delivery fee and SikMal keeps 5% of the item price from your payout. Pay Before Publish: you pay 1,000 IQD once to publish and keep the full price.

Delivery and payment

On Cash on Delivery orders the courier collects the cash and your payout is transferred within 24 hours. Buyers may refuse an item that does not match its listing, and pay nothing.

Your responsibility

You describe items honestly and meet buyers safely. SikMal connects buyers and sellers and handles delivery, but is not a party to the sale itself.

Ending an account

We may suspend accounts that post banned items, mislead buyers, or abuse the delivery service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Iraq as applied in the Kurdistan Region, and the courts of Duhok have jurisdiction over any dispute.
